Opening Fall 2022

Toledo Tool Library

Lending area residents the tools needed for maintaining or improving their homes, gardens, or yards.

Tool Library Before

Bluff Street Village organizers are busy turning a nearby vacant building into a local tool lending library.

Occupying a former gas station on the southeast corner of Monroe Street and Rosedale Avenue, the property backs up to Bluff Street Village.

On track for completion this autumn, the building’s renovation will add to the neighborhood’s redevelopment efforts.

Empowering residents to reshape their communities.

100 Hometowns

Bluff Street Organizers used funds from a $200,000 grant awarded by Lowe’s to purchase and renovate the vacant building. Bluff Street Village is one of 100 community impact projects that are the cornerstone of the 100 Hometowns initiative that Lowe’s created.
